Daniel Zuniga is a member of our firm’s automobile accident division. He helps firm clients obtain compensation for injuries and damages suffered in car and truck accidents as well as other areas of personal injury and wrongful death litigation.
Before joining Lytal, Reiter, Clark, Fountain and Williams in 2009, Daniel litigated cases for an insurance defense firm. His defense background gives him valuable insight into the other side of the law, allowing him to make the maximum recovery for his clients.
Daniel attended Emory University in Atlanta and graduated with a degree in Economics and minors in Sociology and Film Studies. He then attended law school at Hofstra University in New York where he won the Edward J. Hart Memorial Scholarship for Trial Advocacy. Dan began his legal career prosecuting cases on behalf of the State of Florida while working at the State Attorney’s Office in Miami-Dade County.
He serves as Treasurer of the Hispanic Bar Association and as a member of the Judicial Relations Committee for the Palm Beach County Bar Association. Dan is fluent in Spanish.
