RoxAnn Billingslea joined LRCF&W as the firm’s first full-time nursing consultant in 1993. Her experience in the fields of intensive care, cardiovascular, post-operative nursing and hospital administration is a valuable asset to firm clients.
Before coming to the firm, RoxAnn was President and Co-Owner of an independent legal nurse consultant practice, where she provided service to law firms throughout South Florida.
In 2001, RoxAnn accepted a position as a risk manager and corporate compliance officer for Boca Raton Community Hospital. RoxAnn then returned to the firm in the summer of 2002. Since then, RoxAnn has utilized her knowledge of the legal and healthcare industries to help clients with medical malpractice, personal injury, products liability, negligent hospital credentialing and nursing home abuse cases. Her responsibilities include new client intake, pre-suit screening, pre-suit preparation, professional investigation, medical research and trial preparation.
