West Palm Beach, Fl. – Scott B. Smith, a partner at Lytal, Reiter, Smith, Ivey & Fronrath will be installed as the 2013 President of the Palm Beach County Justice Association (formerly known as the Palm Beach County Trial Lawyers Association). Mr. Smith will begin his presidency following an installation ceremony on January 16, 2013 at Bear Lakes Country Club. Palm Beach County Chief Judge, Peter Blanc will perform the investiture.

The Palm Beach County Justice Association is a countywide organization of over 450 trial attorneys and paralegals in Palm Beach County that represent the plaintiff in civil cases. Established in 1988 with the goal of providing civil trial lawyers with the tools and resources needed to improve and enhance their trial practices.
