Timothy Murphy

Timothy J. Murphy joined Lytal, Reiter, Clark, Fountain and Williams in 2009. As a member of the firm’s products liability team, He handles personal injury and wrongful death claims involving manufacturing and design defects.

Tim utilizes his prior litigation experience involving medical malpractice, construction negligence and environmental issues to take on domestic and international manufacturers whose products caused catastrophic injuries. As a former defense attorney, Tim’s understanding of the defense of complex litigation helps maximize his clients’ recoveries.

Tim graduated from The Florida State University where he earned a bachelor’s Degree as well as a Master’s degree. He earned his law degree from Nova Southeastern University.
