Trial Attorney
Lauren Lindahl is an attorney at Lytal, Reiter, Smith, Ivey, and Fronrath. She first joined the firm in Spring 2023 as a law clerk while completing her legal education, and officially began her legal practice in 2025 after earning her law degree.
Lauren is a native Floridian who was born and raised in Jupiter, Florida. Her educational journey began at Good Shepherd Episcopal School and continued through The Benjamin School. Her strong ties to the local community inspire her dedication to serving clients in the area.
She earned her undergraduate degree in Marketing from Florida State University, where she was an active member of Delta Gamma Sorority. She later pursued her Juris Doctor at Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad College of Law where she was a recipient of the Dean’s Law Scholarship for academic excellence and was a proud member of the Nova Trial Association, leading her to develop a strong foundation in courtroom advocacy.
Lauren graduated in the top 5% of her class and was honored with multiple CALI Excellence for the Future Awards, recognizing her outstanding achievement in Legal Research and Writing, Corporations, Real Estate Transactions, and Wills and Trusts.
She is passionate about standing up for her clients and guiding them through some of the most challenging times in their lives. Her goal is to be a strong advocate, a trusted advisor, and a dependable source of support every step of the way.
Outside the office, Lauren enjoys spending time on the water, boating and spearfishing, traveling, and spending time with her friends, family, fiancé, and labrador retriever, Banks.
