Lee Levenson, of Boynton Beach, Florida, brings extensive trial experience and a strong belief in the American Justice System to Lytal, Reiter, Smith, Ivey & Fronrath.
Lee Levenson grew up in Boynton Beach and attended Lake Worth Christian School, where today he is still very active providing pro bono legal services for the school. Lee and his wife Jennifer’s three children also attended LWCS. Lee also performs numerous pro bono services for clients who cannot afford legal representation.
Lee is a graduate from the University of South Florida and attended Western Michigan University’s School of Law. As an assistant public defender, Lee defended those who could not afford a lawyer. He then moved into the civil arena initially defending insurance companies, insured hospitals, nursing homes and doctors. Lee has tried civil and criminal cases in State and Federal courts in Florida, as well as in other states. After learning the defense side and seeing how the insurance companies went to every length to not pay clients and victims, he began representing negligence victims and has earned the reputation as a zealous trial advocate who will go the extra mile for his clients. Lee has tried and won numerous “unwinnable” cases. He believes everyone needs and deserves to have an advocate who believes in them and will be completely in their corner.
