An off-duty Palm Beach Gardens police officer, Alexi Anthony Breiner, was killed early Saturday morning in a motorcycle accident on Southern Boulevard in Palm Beach Gardens.
According to the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office, Breiner was traveling westbound at a high rate of speed when his motorcycle entered a “high-speed wobble” just west of Lamstein Lane. The motorcycle continued for approximately 1,000 feet before overturning and striking the center median curb.
Breiner was ejected from the motorcycle and pronounced dead at the scene. He had been with the Palm Beach Gardens Police Department for about a year.
