Janel K. Williams joined LRSIF as a Nurse Paralegal in 2022.  She has over 20 years of experience working as a nurse paralegal/legal nurse consultant at several prominent defense firms in the areas of medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, premises liability and products liability.

Janel graduated with a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Florida International University and was the Valedictorian of her nursing class. Her nursing career began at Mt. Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach. Janel has a broad and diversified background including cardiac nursing, maternal child health, oncology research, clinical trials, home health and case management.

Janel currently focuses on the review and analysis of nursing home negligence and medical malpractice cases.
