Florida Traumatic Injury Support Groups
Brain injuries affect everyone differently, but one thing is certain: recovery is best achieved with a combination of medical treatment and emotional support. Talking through your situation, or going on recreational outings with people who have gone through very similar experiences, helps you cope with your injury and improves your chance of recovery.
Support groups listed below are located in towns throughout Florida. Wherever you live, you’ll have access to a specialist-led group that understands what you’re going through and is there to help you recover.
You can find the addresses for support groups, as well as contact information for group leaders below. It’s recommended that you try out more than one group before deciding which one is best for you.
