Born in Dublin, Ireland, Kevin Ryan moved to the United States at the age of seven, completing his schooling in New Jersey. After high school, he relocated to Florida, where his career with Lytal, Reiter, Smith, Ivey & Fronrath began in July 2006 as an office clerk in the firm’s Office Services Department.
While pursuing his education, Mr. Ryan dedicated himself to full-time work at the firm. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Palm Beach State College and subsequently achieved a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Florida Atlantic University in 2014.
His dedication and contributions led to his promotion to lead the IT department in 2012. For the next six years, he skillfully managed IT operations while also gaining extensive experience in the firm’s administrative and operational functions. In 2018, Mr. Ryan was appointed Director of Administration, a pivotal role in which he assumed responsibility for all firm operations, including staff supervision, office management, human resources, and continued oversight of information technology.
Since taking over his role in 2018, Kevin has been instrumental in the firm’s remarkable expansion, overseeing its growth from one office to seven locations. His leadership was further recognized in 2022 with his promotion to Chief Operating Officer, where he continues to be responsible for all aspects of the firm’s operations and marketing efforts, driving its ongoing success.
Away from the demands of his role, Kevin makes his home in Palm Beach Gardens alongside his wife and three children. He dedicates significant time to his children’s involvement in local soccer, with all three playing in the Palm Beach Gardens league.
