A crash with injuries on Florida’s Turnpike in West Palm Beach has shut down all northbound lanes early Wednesday morning, causing significant traffic delays.
According to Florida 511, the crash occurred just before Mile Marker 102 at 4:36 a.m. By 5:05 a.m., officials reported traffic had backed up to Mile Marker 100.
The Florida Highway Patrol confirmed that injuries were involved, but further details about the number of vehicles or individuals affected have not been released. Authorities continue to investigate the cause of the crash.
