A 26-year-old man from Bonita Springs died after his car collided with a truck slowing to turn onto Channel 30 Drive on Old US-41 in the evening of August 26. The Naples man driving the truck was unharmed. Florida Highway Patrol declared the younger man deceased at the scene.
