Pedestrian seriously injured in Cape Coral crash

A pedestrian was seriously injured in a crash on the night of Dec. 9, according to Cape Coral police, who are investigating the circumstances surrounding the incident.

Police said the crash occurred along Beach Parkway at SE 19th Place. The identity of the injured individual has not yet been confirmed.

NBC2 reported that police were questioning a woman at the scene who may have been the driver involved in the incident, though this has not been officially confirmed.
