Kathryn B. Connor has joined Lytal, Reiter, Smith, Ivey & Fronrath as a Paralegal Investigator, bringing an extensive background in personal injury law. She is a Registered Paralegal with the Florida Bar Association. With over 30 years of diverse and impressive work experience, including 12 years as an insurance adjuster.  This insight enables her to provide exceptional assistance to the firm’s clients, thanks to her deep understanding of the inner workings of the insurance industry. Kathryn’s personal and professional compassion and commitment to helping others, combined with her hard work and dedication, have enabled many clients to receive the justice they deserve. She devotes her time and expertise entirely to assisting victims of personal injury, general liability, and bodily injury cases.

Kathryn is the Founder, CEO, and Director of Go Getter Girls Network, a women’s networking, and professional development company. She founded and hosts “This GIRL is on FIRE,” a podcast that highlights the journeys and achievements of women in business. Kathryn has published two e-books: “10 Things To Do When Involved In A Motor Vehicle Accident” and “Demystifying Auto Insurance in Florida.” She has been a featured speaker at several events throughout South Florida, spreading awareness on these topics. In her spare time, Kathryn has a genuine passion for giving back to her community and serves as a volunteer for several nonprofit organizations on the Treasure Coast.
