Lauren A. Lindahl, Esq.

Lauren Lytal, previously Lauren Lindahl, is an attorney at Lytal, Reiter, Smith, Ivey & Fronrath. She first joined the firm in spring 2023 as a law clerk while completing her legal education and officially began practicing law in 2025 after earning her law degree.

Lauren is a native Floridian who was born and raised in Jupiter, Florida. Her educational journey began at Good Shepherd Episcopal School and continued at The Benjamin School. Her strong ties to the local community inspire her dedication to serving clients throughout the area.

She earned her undergraduate degree in Marketing from Florida State University, where she was an active member of Delta Gamma Sorority. She later earned her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad College of Law. During law school, Lauren received the Dean’s Law Scholarship for academic excellence and was a member of the Nova Trial Association, where she developed a strong foundation in courtroom advocacy.

Lauren graduated in the top 5% of her class and received multiple CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in recognition of her outstanding achievement in Legal Research and Writing, Corporations, Real Estate Transactions, and Wills and Trusts.

Lauren is passionate about standing up for her clients and guiding them through some of the most challenging times in their lives. Her goal is to serve as a strong advocate, trusted advisor, and dependable source of support every step of the way.

Outside the office, Lauren enjoys spending time on the water, boating and spearfishing, traveling, and spending time with her friends, family, husband, and Labrador retriever, Banks.
