Mindie Fusca serves as Administrative and Human Resource Coordinator at Lytal, Reiter, Smith, Ivey & Fronrath, bringing a strong foundation in legal operations and personnel support to the firm’s Human Resources department. With a background rooted in personal injury law, Mindie offers a unique perspective that bridges legal practice and employee relations.
In her current role, Mindie supports all aspects of human resources administration, including onboarding and offboarding, employee relations, benefits coordination, compliance support, and day-to-day HR operations. Her attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to confidentiality contribute to a positive and efficient workplace environment.
Mindie is a Florida native who was born and raised in Palm Beach County. Her deep familiarity with the legal community and her dedication to supporting both employees and firm leadership allow her to play an integral role in fostering a collaborative, professional, and people-focused culture.
