Mindie Fusca joined Lytal, Reiter, Smith, Ivey & Fronrath with an extensive background in personal injury law and is a Registered Paralegal with The Florida Bar. Over the years, she has made valuable contributions to several areas of the firm, including serving as a Paralegal/Investigator and working closely with the Intake Department and Filevine, the firm’s case management system.
Her professionalism, attention to detail, and deep understanding of firm operations have been instrumental in streamlining workflows and supporting both staff and clients. As Administrative & Human Resources Coordinator, Mindie oversees a range of administrative functions, employee relations, and initiatives aimed at keeping the firm’s strong culture and team morale thriving.
A proud Florida native, Mindie was born and raised in Palm Beach County. She remains deeply connected to her community and continues to embody the firm’s values of compassion, integrity, and service. Outside of work, Mindie enjoys spending time with her husband and their two children, Mia and Dom.
I wanted to drop a quick note about my experience, Mindie Fusca was there for me through my whole process, from the day we met, to the end of the situation and I never had to do a thing. In the beginning of my case (auto accident) after I made contact with Mrs. Fusca she met with me at my home explained what would happen and what I needed to do.
