Oliver Moll
Trial Attorney
Oliver Moll is an associate attorney at Lytal, Reiter, Smith, Ivey & Fronrath, based in the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office. A Florida native, Oliver brings a strong foundation in litigation, public service, and civil defense, which informs his client-first approach to personal injury law.
He began his legal career as an Assistant State Attorney in Florida’s 6th Judicial Circuit, where he served as Lead Trial Attorney. In that role, he managed case strategy, filing decisions, and trial preparation for a high-volume caseload, gaining significant courtroom experience early in his career. Following his time in public service, Oliver worked in civil defense, representing major insurers and corporations in matters involving negligence, wrongful death, and medical malpractice. His insight into defense strategy now serves as a valuable asset when advocating for individuals and families harmed by the wrongdoing of others.
Oliver earned his Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Florida. During his time at UF, he was inducted into Florida Blue Key and held several campus leadership positions, including Director of the Speakers Bureau and Student Senator. He is also a licensed Florida real estate professional.
Oliver’s diverse legal background, commitment to justice, and strategic litigation experience make him a strong advocate for his clients and an integral part of the firm’s continued growth in South Florida.
