Reagan Navarro
Database Administrator
Reagan Navarro is a seasoned Florida paralegal and Database Administrator with over 20 years of experience in personal injury and first-party property litigation. She has worked extensively with law firms in Broward and Palm Beach Counties, providing comprehensive legal support across all stages of litigation and contributing to numerous successful client outcomes. Her background includes legal research, drafting pleadings and discovery, managing complex case files, and supporting attorneys through trial preparation.
In addition to her litigation experience, Reagan has expanded her role into legal technology and operations. Through her work with building and supporting software solutions for law firms, she gained hands-on experience in case management systems, database structure, workflow optimization, and process automation. This experience led to her current role as a Database Administrator, where she bridges the gap between legal practice and technology by improving data integrity, standardizing workflows, enhancing reporting, and supporting firm-wide efficiency initiatives.
Originally from Texas, Reagan relocated to South Florida during high school. She attended Florida Atlantic University and graduated from Broward College with a degree in Paralegal Studies. While at Broward College, she was actively involved in campus law-related organizations and was accepted as a member of the NALA Paralegal Association. Her involvement in these groups further strengthened her passion for the law and its ability to positively impact individuals and communities.
Reagan resides in Delray Beach with her husband, Philip, their daughters, Lea and Avery, and their dog, Willie. Outside of work, she enjoys supporting her daughters in their athletic pursuits and spending quality time with family and friends.
