Robert Bradshaw joined Lytal Reiter Smith Ivey & Fronrath in 2005 as a paralegal/investigator after an extensive career as a Licensed Insurance Adjuster. Robert’s 33-year work experience in insurance claims and personal injury includes over 14 years with State Farm Insurance Company. At State Farm, Robert served as a Claims Specialist/Attorney Negotiator and was named a lead claim representative for Palm Beach County, a position that primary dealt with catastrophic litigation cases.
He now utilizes his in-depth knowledge of the insurance claims process to help firm clients in automobile accident cases and other personal injury and wrongful death claims. His vast experience on both sides of the profession has enabled him to emerge as a leader among Registered Paralegals with the Florida Bar Association. He is recognized as an insurance policy expert and enjoys sharing his knowledge with new attorneys and paralegals in the firm.
Robert’s family has been in Palm Beach County for over 100 years, and he has deep roots in the community he proudly calls home. He and his wife have two grown children and enjoy boating and fishing in their free time.
