Born into a 5th generation Lee County, Florida family, Stephen graduated from Fort Myers Senior High School in 2001. Because of his strong connection to the area, he is passionate about continuing his family’s legacy of helping the public. His grandfather, Abbott Kagan, was one of the first dentists in Lee County.  His father, Abbott II “Bo” Kagan, who retired in 2017, was a local orthopedic surgeon for over 40 years.  Stephen is committed to giving back to the local community through the practice of law.  His primary focus is personal injury, where each and every case is personal. Real world experience drives his ability to work with people in all walks of life and through difficult and unfamiliar circumstances.
