Bus Carrying Canadian Junior Hockey Team’s Bus Crashes, Kills 16

In an international tragedy, a bus carrying a junior hockey team from the town of Humboldt, Saskatchewan in Western Canada was involved in a crash with a tractor trailer in April, killing sixteen passengers on the bus.  The athletes were members of a junior league team that was traveling to a playoff game.  Twenty-nine people were aboard the bus, including the driver, and sixteen were killed while the remaining thirteen passengers were injured.  Read more
