William P. Sepulveda, Esq.

William P. Sepulveda has been a valued member of Lytal, Reiter, Smith, Ivey & Fronrath since 2022, bringing a deep commitment to justice and a proven track record of trial success. Originally from New York, William moved to Martin County and later settled in Palm Beach County, where his passion for serving the community first took root.

He earned his B.A. from Palm Beach Atlantic University in 2013, where he partnered with several local nonprofits to give back to Palm Beach County. William went on to graduate from the University of Florida’s Fredric G. Levin College of Law in 2017. During law school, he served on the executive board of the National Trial Team, competing in seven state and national tournaments—winning two national championships and one state championship in trial advocacy. He also earned high honors in Trial Practice, Civil Procedure, and Prosecution Clinics, and worked as a Certified Legal Intern with the State Attorney’s Office in Gainesville.

William began his legal career as an Assistant State Attorney in West Palm Beach, where he prosecuted more than 70 jury trials involving both violent and nonviolent offenses. He then joined a large insurance defense firm, representing major carriers in cases involving catastrophic auto negligence, bad faith, and premises liability.

Today, William draws on that diverse legal background to fight on behalf of plaintiffs in a wide range of personal injury and wrongful death cases. His unique insight into both courtroom strategy and insurance company tactics allows him to pursue justice with precision and purpose.
