William P. Sepulveda, Esq.

Originally from New York, William P. Sepulveda moved to Martin County and ultimately Palm Beach County at a young age with the goals of protecting and serving to his community. Prior to attending law school at University of Florida Levin College of Law, William earned his undergraduate degree from Palm Beach Atlantic University. As a student at Palm Beach Atlantic University, William partnered with numerous local nonprofits to give back to Palm Beach County. William continued to protect our community in a role of Assistant State Attorney at the State Attorney’s Office in West Palm Beach. As an Assistant State Attorney, William successfully prosecuted over 70 jury trials involving violent and nonviolent crimes against the citizens of Palm Beach County. After leaving the State Attorney’s Office, William worked in a large-scale insurance defense firm where he handled all aspects of a personal injury case from initial claims filing through litigation. William defended major insurance carriers in catastrophic auto negligence claims, bad faith claims, and premises liability claims. William brings his knowledge and experience within the courtroom as well as his insight into insurance companies to help his clients achieve and just and fair resolution.

William graduated from Palm Beach Atlantic University and from Fredric G. Levin College of Law at the University of Florida. While in law school William held an executive board position in the Law School’s national trial team. As an advocate, William competed in seven national and statewide tournaments in which he won two national championships and one state championship in trial advocacy. William also received high honors in trial practice, civil procedure, and prosecution clinics as a Certified Legal Intern with the State Attorney’s Office in Gainesville, Florida while studying at the University of Florida.
