Chris Kellam has focused his career on personal injury civil litigation. Before joining Lytal, Reiter, Smith, Ivey & Fronrath, Chris practiced for ten years handling personal injury claims for insurance companies. He has tried personal injury claims to jury verdict and has lectured other defense attorneys on claims handling. Chris’ experience taught him the tactics and strategies used often by insurance companies to deny claims, giving him a unique ability to fight for the rights of his clients. Chris brings to each case the foresight to navigate the insurance industry, as well as the drive to attain for his clients their best result.
Chris graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering. In addition to his undergraduate studies, Chris Kellam was a 14-time All-American swimmer who qualified for the 2000 and 2004 U.S. Olympic Trials. He then graduated from University of Florida’s Fredric G. Levin College of Law with a passion for civil litigation and for the court room.
Chris Kellam was born in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee. After graduating from law school, he moved to Palm Beach County. He currently lives in Boynton Beach with his wife, Bari, and their two girls, Olivia and Elliotte. Chris has completed two Ironman triathlons and is an avid cyclist.
