Jaclyn Reiter continues the legacy as a litigator at Lytal, Reiter, Smith, Ivey & Fronrath

Ms. Jaclyn Reiter takes up the torch as a strong plaintiff attorney at the Florida personal injury law firm of Lytal, Reiter, Smith, Ivey & Fronrath; a firm her father started in 1985. Jaclyn was born and raised in South Florida and understands the community and its residents. She was inspired by her father’s will to help those who have been injured through no fault of their own.  She received her formal education at Babson College in the greater Boston area, which is known as the #1 school for entrepreneurship.  Ms. Reiter graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on legal studies. She went on to receive her Juris Doctor at Stetson University College of Law in Tampa, Florida. Jaclyn interned at the Legal Aid Society of Palm Beach County, Palm Beach County State Attorney’s office for the 15th judicial circuit as well as other personal injury law firms in New York and Florida.

Upon graduation Ms. Reiter went to work in New York at a well established plaintiff law firm where she gained valuable experience in personal injury law.

Jaclyn is licensed with the New York and Florida Bars.  She moved back to Florida early in 2020 and became an associate at the West Palm Beach Personal Injury law firm of Lytal, Reiter, Smith, Ivey & Fronrath.  She is a seasoned, tough litigator who understands what it means to Fight For Your Rights!
