William S. Williams specializes in the practice areas of automobile and truck accidents, wrongful death and personal injury litigation as well as legal malpractice. He is a Florida Bar Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer, which is the highest level of recognition for attorney competency and experience. He is also a Board Certified Civil Trial Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. William had his first $1 million case by the time he was thirty years old.

Among his numerous accomplishments, William obtained the largest wrongful death verdict in Alachua County, Florida, at the time, and the largest verdict in the history of Sumter County, Florida.

William is a graduate of the Stetson University College of Law. He is now a member of the school’s Board of Overseers.

William is a fourth generation Floridian and Palm Beach County native. His great-grandfather, Henry J. Sterling, was one of the earliest pioneers of southern Palm Beach County and was a founder of the area that later became Delray Beach in the late 1800’s. His grandfather, William C. Williams, Jr., was a Legislator and surgeon and one of the founders of Bethesda Memorial Hospital in Boynton Beach. His father, William C. Williams, III, was a long-time Circuit Court Judge in Palm Beach County.
